The Best way to find Shiny Pokemon easier here are the followings:

-Poke Radar - 40 Chains of the Same Pokemon(Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum)

-Masuda Method - Breed two Pokemon from different countries (Example:In the Generation V you have the American Swampert(male) and the Japanese Swampert(female) leave them in the Day Care in Route 3) and a few seconds the Old Man calls you and pick up your Egg. Plus you need a two Pokemon with Flame Body Ability like Chandelure, Magmortar and need four space for the Eggs.

My Masuda Method Advice:

-Keep hatching in till you found a Shiny.

-Go to the GTS and get a Japanese Ditto.

-Get the Oval Charm from Professor Juniper(After you caught all of the Pokemon in the Unova Pokedex.)(Black 2 & White 2 Only)

-Get a Shiny Charm from Professor Juniper(After you caught all of the Pokemon in the National Pokedex.)(Black 2 & White 2 Only)
